In this workshop you’ll learn how to apply the techniques of Tapping or EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to your pregnancy journey. Pregnancy is a time of immense change, both within the body and within the family, and we may find ourselves with increased anxiety, stress, worry, or limiting beliefs that can impact our health, happiness, well-being and our preparation for baby’s arrival.
EFT/Tapping is a powerful way to ease those symptoms and invite more emotional freedom into your life without the use of medications, drugs, or even expensive therapy or other treatments—making it especially beneficial for both you and your growing baby.
Tapping combines the wisdom of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology with the understanding that our physical well-being and our emotional states are inextricably linked. By going straight into this mind-body connection, we release the emotional charge linked with specific thought patterns and re-wire our thinking and our emotional response to more empowering, supportive, and peaceful channels.
